Worst service ever So hard for someone to assist,no one to answer the telephones!! They just sit and talk stories!!!

I left a satellite navigation unit in my rental car , and was pleased when thrifty phoned me back the next day to inform me that it was there. I asked them to send it to another branch of thrifty so that a friend could retrieve it.
The agent on the line told me that he would get back to me to let me know whether it would be possible or not. He never did . I repeated this process over the next couple of days, always speaking to someone different, always being fobbed off.
When I was finally able to come into the office in person a few weeks later, I was told there was no record of a sat nav unit being found at all, and that they were not liable for items left in the car, and that I could basically go to hell.
I was itching to catch a flight of course, but the contempt I was held in infuriated me. I would do everything in my power to avoid having to deal with this company in the future.response / report this review
