great place to relax and fun with your friends or family but the only problem is the bar is a bit to close the bowling alley as there are children playing there

Great bowling alley. Arcade games are expensive though. There shouldn't even be a bar serving alcohol in such close proximity to a children's games room but there is. Pool is expensive. Make sure to bring socks for bowling shoes.

Great venue. Pathetic service.
After getting to the front a long line the young woman (name tag "Nomfundo" or something) laughs in my face and tells me that I've been queuing from the wrong side. She then helps the people behind me in the wrong line while we move to the correct line??
Then we eventually get to pay for a lane and head of to wait our turn (again). We wait and wait and finally head back to a arrogantly,smiling Nomfundo to find out why people are passing us to get to playf first while we wait and wait. ?
After giving me some story about"first come first served" the manager finally shows up to see what the problem is.
She did sort it out immediately, but the mood had already been dampened.
I'll never go back there and I'll never recommend it.response / report this review -

Best entertainment for all ages. There's a bowling alley, pool tables and all other games. Highly recommended.
