The view is amazing. Waking up to a scenic ocean view makes ones day. Breakfast wea great, thanks to the chef.

I cannot fault this place on a single point - really really great staff (that always makes a stay in another city / at a hotel I suppose)
From check in to check out- nothing but good service and plenty of smiles all round.
Your views are stunning from pretty much any of the rooms - nice clean beautiful pool, superb breakfasts.
You won't regret booking in here - this is great value for your money, with better-than-expected service. Win-win I'd say! Definitely staying here again when in Port Elizabeth. :)

When we arrived at 1,58 the room wasn't ready.When we phoned to order our supper to give them a headstart we discovered that the phone order hadn't been given to the chef.On Saturday night there was a function so we thought we could order room service but was told that the chef is busy with the function there will be a long wait for dinner so needless to say we walked to a restaurant to have supper.So service is lacking.I feel this should have been communicated to the guests as a heads up.The silicone by the shower needs redoing. On our departure the rooms were being cleaned and the duvet inners thrown over the banisters in full view of visiting parking guests certainly not a good first impression for potential guests.

Clean but a very cold room. Need to draw curtains to have privacy because our room I level with receiption and dining room. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful.

Its good wuth clean rooms. Getting to the room has quite a lot of steps on the outside. All rooms have sea view.
Dinner was OK
Breskfsst was very good.

We just stayed at this hotel for 12 days. First, the good. The staff are incredible! Everyone we talked to or interacted with were helpful, kind, and went out of their way to talk with us, especially Portia, Lennox, and Levy. Great people! The location is ideal, near Boardwalk, the pier, and the beaches. The security is good, they use ADT, and actually one night we came back and saw 3 trucks parked there so we know they're active (a very good thing because safety is a big concern in PE) The view was beautiful, (even though we had a giant bush in front of our door), and the room quite comfortable. The fridge was a great help since we were there so long. The room was very clean and the house keeper was very thorough.

Now, the not so good. The first day we arrived, we had just travelled 18 hours. We just wanted showers and a nap, but had no towels and had to call for them. We had gone out several times during our stay and once came back to find someone had come in and randomly took one of the beds in the room (another guest must have needed it), and another day the painter came in and scraped bars in the bathroom, leaving rusty paint chips in the bathtub and on the window sill, also left our curtains open so everyone could look directly into the room. It's a ground floor with big patio doors. The rooms could use updating, which they were doing while we were there.

We were totally comfortable there. The service we had was worth some of the weird things. As a bonus, they have a very inexpensive laundry service! We had all of our clothing washed prior to leaving so we could rest at home. We would definitely stay here again. The price, location, and staff were perfect for us.
