All four dishes we tried were not very good so a little surprised by the reputation and reviews of this place. Their high chair is totally rubbish and unsafe, but hand on heart that did not impact the flavour of the food which was just a bit bland and generic. There are better places in the area that play in this category of food and service.

Great food in a perfect location! Wide variety of options from seafood, to salads and burgers - all of which looked delicious, large portions and we'll priced (we had the Patagonian calamari and a Greek salad, both of which were great). Get there early for a seat near the road, they don't take bookings!

Very nice views of the Hermanus bay! Great food as well. Dessert is highly recommended. We also had amazing gin. Overall very good!

Lovely view. Great gin bar. Excellent service. Food is quite pricey and is below average in terms of taste and quality. The LM prawns and calamari were basted in BBQ sauce - not sure why Didn't pair well and ruined the subtle flavour of the seafood. Recommend going there for a drink or a coffee, but not to eat.

Good spot to stay and to eat: Perfect view, very good service, starting with guest reception and putting your name in a queue. Fair pricing, good meals supported by an excellent service. You would not expect this in such a tourist-centric area, but we ended up very positively surprised.

Good view. Food was good. Ordered a Banting burger with extra fries. Good milkshake(but no straws😲 to save the planet, but ketchup sachets to make more of a mess).

If you like seafood, this restaurant is a must have for stopping by!
The seafood platter was the best one I've tasted so far! It's a good portion and will make every seafood lover smile!

Burgundy is one of our favourite restaurants in Hermanus. Their food is consistently good. Management is always around.Service is friendly and quick. Large quantities and really well priced. Really a must visit for anyone.

Every dish on the menu have the potential to be the reason why you would return. Great wine & beer selections and very professional service.
You will not be disappointed. A word of advise would be to book well in advance.
