second time unlucky, I arrived 30minutes before closing time for threading and I was turned away / door already closed, there were 2 clients inside. I found that to be unprofessional, when you close at 7pm , you can’t close at 6:30 so the staff can cash up and be out by 7pm.
Wow mall of the south great service from a lady named khanyisile , my brows have never been so perfect , professionalism and effeciency.l will keep coming back .
After reading much about The Brow Bar, I decided to drive to the branch in Rosebank during lunch. There was no one at reception so I waited awkwardly for the lady to stop sweeping and attend to me. She then said that I would have to come back in an hour and a half. If there is a walk in policy I don't see why I need to wait that long. Secondly, I stood there whilst the owner and the staff mumbled only to have another staff member tell me the same thing. I apologise for interrupting! Doubt I'd attempt doing my brows there again.
Went to mall of the south as I though I'd treat myself from my usual spot in Fordsburg. I'm a therapist myself but just can't thread my own eyebrows, for R110 i thought my eyebrows would be out of this world, i felt a little disappointed as the lady removed my arch and gave me a normal curve and i wasnt asked how would i like my eyebrows even. Totally ripped off wrong as I had to drive straight to my lady in Fordsburg to correct what had been done. The atmosphere felt like I was in some Shebeen with kwaito music being played at the shop. When the shop first opened I thought I struck gold only for the service to drop so bad. Will never return
Efficient, fast and the ladies that work here know their story. That's why I keep coming back
It was my first time threading and my first time at The Brow Bar SA. Went to The Firs branch in Rosebank and the staff, the manager, and the service received was all ON point! Definitely returning.
Extremely unprofessional
Cool
