Visited the salon on a recent trip to South Africal. It is under new management and the experience was great.. Hands on management makes all the difference!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DREAM NAILS!!!

Probably THE WORST Dream Nails experience I've EVER HAD!!!!
The technicians not qualified, if they are then they clearly not good

I booked a gelish mani and pedi my cuticles were FLOODED with gel polish, asked the therapist to please fix it, she basically tried to fix it by filing my cuticles down AFTER she had applied and cured the top coat.

They kept in complaining about how much work they had to do, making it uncomfortable for me.

I asked her to fix it again, and she said she has a client

Left the salon nearly in tears because this was my birthday present!!!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
