Not very happy with the service at all. Sent my doggy for a routine procedure and was informed that there are no risks as this is a routine procedure. After the surgery the next day my dog complained heavily of pain, had to wait more than 20min to be helped when I got to the vet. She was not able to use her back legs anymore. She was hospitalised for a week and did not get better, actually she only got a bladder infection. I was told we could wait another week or we have to put her down. I was shocked. If I knew this could happen I would have never sent her for the procedure. I could not allow to put her down, as before the surgery there was nothing wrong with her, she was even climbing stairs every day. I made a decision and went to fetch my doggy. The lady rudely explained the risks then and did not even help me carry everything to the car. I had to pay for an x-ray I never even saw before and the vet could never explain to me exactly what happened to my doggy. I did my best to take care of my doggy and after 3 weeks she was able to start using one of her back legs, and now after 5 months she is starting to use the other leg. So glad I took her home!

We took our little doggy boy who was limping to this vet. They were very helpful and friendly and its obvious that they love animals! They even followed up the next day to see if Nut was recovering well.

Had an emergency with one of my pets and he was the only practice open. I experienced a professional service who were more than happy to help. Didn't cost a fortune even though it was a public holiday after 6pm.

Good place to take your pet when they ate not feeling well. They give you discount on two or more pets coming at the same time for annual vaccinations etc. The decor a little out dated and needs an upgrade.
