Sadly I will now never use spur branches anymore. Their waffles are not as advertised. See photos attached. The dough was raw and unedable.

Good standard based on what is expected of a Spur. Nothing that blows ones expectations. I still believe all Spurs are a bit pricey based on their market being family focused. Space a bit crowded. I rather go to John Dory when Spur busy.
Waiter was helpful, food was good and warm, all was clean. Children's play pen good for kids.

Went there one afternoon to get some work done ( Because they offer free wi-fi ) I was busy with work when the manager came along and said they stopped the download and switched of the internet until further notice. Unfriendly manager and the food was not up to standard. I will think twice before going there again.

The food was great, but the service not so much. My daughter had fun on the play room but our waiter forgot to ask us what kind of t-bone we wanted and instead of coming to us herself, she sent someone else. That a bit rude for me.

I'm not easy to please when it comes to service but Best service I have ever received at any restaurant by a waiter (Armand). Quick, reliable and very nice, checked in regularly to make sure that we didn't need anything. He should be an example to every waiter. Spur you can be proud to have him and need more people this. Thanks!

I love the staff, but I was very upset.

I eat at this branch about twice a week. The kitchen often refuses to cook breakfast before 9am, and when if the waiters can convince them, it is drowning in oil.
I often work late and go have coffee quite often. But now, the managers turn away a regular customer that asked for coffee at 9pm. I always thought Spur country wide closed at 10.

I believe as management sets the temperature for all staff at the work place .however my last experience after supporting that spur I feel utterly disgusted by the front door manager who made me feel so uneasy..I had to explain to my 8yr old boy why I don't go to that spur,after supporting themI believe in good customer not hipprocricyand for him to say he hasbeen doing that for 10yrs evens more shocking.for the lady at the till points well done and continue what doing and I hope they acknowledge your talents.nothing personal jst my opinion

This Spur are great. The food are good and the staff very friendly. There burgers and steaks are great. Look out for there specials. I highly recommend it.
