Love the new look store - finally 1 queue system, so hardly ever actually queue for long. Mostly find what I need there, plus a few specialized items that I dont find at any other Spar (like The Farmers Dairy cold purified milk and Homegrown free range chicken). Absolute best hand cut potato chips EVER (including rating most restuarants).

I want to buy electricity and the person send my away to get the card as they do not sell electricity from a photograph of the card. I got the photo on my phone, due one of my cards went missing. It is much more convenient to buy with my phone (photo). At other spar shops I did use my phone only and that did not have ANY PROBLEMS serving me. Sorry no can do.

Part of the Spar group. This Superspar has a fairly wide range. I do feel that their fruit and veg department could be better along with their deli counter. Both lack a bit of variety in my humble opinion for a Superspar status.

Loooove this Spar. Take a trip here at least once a month to purchase
Nnommm n only found there!!! Come on Humewood as well as summer breeze You have the monopoly of 10000s of students Various retirement villages as well as Humewood and SUMMERSTRAND which are affluent areas.. go and see the bakery section and what it offers unbelievable! Deli is also 1st class!!

Local top up Supermarket. Well organised, friendly. Typical Spar, where you can get just about any grocery, toiletry, item. Very nice bakery, popular fast food counter.

Really good deli section with fresh food, salads and pizza oven pizza. Good selection of foods and grocery products. Big magazine selection and good biltong.

Definitely one of the best Spar stores around. These guys have lots of specialty items that cannot be found elsewhere. The only thing missing are certain meat products without MSG or Freddie Hirsch spice. Boerwors and other prepared items all use spice with MSG and nitrates. If they can address this, they would be 5 star.

My retired father in law prefers this Spar for fresh rolls and cold meats.

Friendly cashiers. Clean supermarket. Large selection. Presume average cost is RRRR out of a RRRRR basket.

I enjoyed seeing Steri type milk in this supermarket, a real throwback to growing up in Durban.

One of the top Spars in Port Elizabeth . The have the usual spar look and feel but have a Sushi Chef as well as one of the best wood fired pizza in Port Elizabeth. Also a large section of food readily made. Service is fast and efficient.
