Booked bakkie for service and fixing of plastic covers above wheels. Only serviced bakkie, did not fix covers, apparently not saw broken covers on job sheet. Booked bakkie in at 8am, only got it back at 18:00. They needed all that time to clean my bakkie out of all my posessions. Staff stole my leatherman, cigarettes and bag biltong that i got as a present, tupperware with change. Dont know what else was stolen. I guess i should be thankfull that my bakkie still has its seats and radio. You will see me on Monday with the police, after that never again.

Hi Users. After reading the reviews i am shocked at the amount of bad experiences.I need to take my Corsa Utility bakkie for a Service.Is this the only Williams Hunt dealer in PE ? The Uitenhage dealership closed ?

Most unprofessional service. Employees have no clue on policy and procedure.
They don't contact you when they say the will. The lies and deception. Not giving me the option to purchase what i wanted, rather saying it was sold when in actual fact, it wasn't, so that I'd have to spend more on a different car! Wasted 3 days of my time and I still have nothing to show for it.

Went in for diagnostic test, fetched my car, realizing it made worst sounds from the wheels. Went back, they said it was nothing, only to discover they never ever tightened my wheel nuts on all four wheelsspoke to the Service Manager, not even a apologie. Terrible! Will never take my car there ever again.

Compared to Audi standard where i get a muffin and a fully automatic Coffee machine Coffee and comfortable waiting rooms.
Car Servicing is routine,not too good not too bad.
