Absolutely the most comfortable I have ever been at any salon! The owner and staff are awesome, and they will definitely be seeing me on a regular basis.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with an inexperienced stylist. Went in for a blow dry prior to a wedding and I basically had give detailed instructions throughout the process. The owner was right there and probably overheard my frustration but didn’t intervene or bother to ask about the service after.
I recommend you provide the staff more training as it’s unlikely to be their fault if they lack experience.
We were then accused of not paying with me having to send screenshots of the credit card payment afterwards.
We were visiting from overseas and had a disappointing experience. Wouldn’t return to them.response / report this review -

Libby kemp did an AMAZING job with my hair!!! Friendly staff and always helpfull. I Will recommend her to everyone!! She did a colour correct on my hair and the results is AMAZING.
