  Phoned and made a booking for a soak off acrylic. On arrival, she (Louise) did not introduce herself. I had to ask her what her name was. She then asked me what is going on with the nails that I had on. And what I would like to have done, I told her a soak off and either a paint or a gel polish. After the nails were soaked and buffed off, I then said we should continue with the gel polish. She then said that she would be applying "builders gel" on my bare nails, as they were soft/brittle from contious wear of false nails, this product will help strengthen my nails( not mentioning extra cost). Afterwards she applied the gel polish, and I was set to pay and go. When I got to the "till" she told the lady to charge me for an overlay AND a gel polish. Before I went to the salon I checked their pricelist, I saw that a a soak off is R120 including a buff and paint or R60 for soak off with a new set of nails. The gel polsih was an additional price of R180. I was prepared to pay R250 . The lady then informed me that it will cost R430. I was flabbergasted, I payed and left. I felt robbed! When I got home I decided to phone the salon to check if they charged me correctly. The receptionist then asked Louise. She then confirmed that it was indeed the correct price. I then asked her to give me a breakdown, for exactly what I have payed R430 and only took 1hour. She then called Louise , Louise said that for the builders gel she charged R250. I then said that she did not inform me of the extra charges. She did not really have any convincing answers and the discussion ended- with me still feeling robbed and let down.
  
  I love having may nails done and would spare no cost to have them done properly. But this looks terrible, uneven and she neglected to cover all the parts of the nail with the gel polish.
  I would not recommend her services to anybody.

  Went for a cut a while back and ended up with a great hair do. Going back again today for a touch up. Great price and great service. Would recommend.

  I havent been to the salon before its just that my sister recommends the one in JHB so wondering if its the same salon as you guys. I wanted to find the nearest Exclusive Hairsalon by me "Table View" as i need a stylist ASAP and i really cant afford to go to Paarl its too far for me,if you have another branch near id be happy to go there,thanx
