Great and very personalised service. My battery had died and they offered me a call out service. Extremely helpful with students and offer student discounts as well as good advice. Friendly and sincere staff.

I came here as I was having trouble with my car battery, with 10 guys standing around in the shop only one noticed me asking for help. They did their test and gave me false information regarding the problem. Got better service and help from Quality Motors across the R44.

They were very friendly and told me my battery was fine and if the problem persists then there must be some other issue. Two weeks later my battery went flat again for no reason so I took the car to an auto electrician to test everything else, and they told me the problem is the battery. It would have saved me effort and money if they had just correctly identified the problem first time round.
Edit: When I changed the battery it turned out that it had been leaking for months. This is the sort of thing one would expect battery experts to notice.

They don't waste time to drive out and jump my car every time the battery ran flat. They even checked my battery for any damage afterwards. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
