Terrible. Absolutely terrible! Their admin is non existent. My order for trial lenses weren't ordered on the day that I had an eye test. Had I not taken the initiative on my part to give them a call to follow up on the progress of my order it wouldn't have been placed at all. So my trial lenses were ordered and I was happy with them. Consequently I ordered the prescription lenses. I've just recently discovered through my medical aid that the prescription lenses which I ordered and had to pay cash for are a medical aid benefit which I am fully covered for. Now I have to sit with the admin of processing a claim with my medical aid so that I can have the money refunded.
