This store is over staffed and under worked. It seems all they do is laze around and chat to each other. To purchase an item takes a very long time. The manager promised to provide me with spare parts of a machine. When I came back to the store to enquire about it. He acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about.

I have been to this store 3 times in the past 6 months to collect my computickets. On every occasion there system has been down. It is extremely frustrating, my view is that computicket rather withdraw this store from its appointed providers.
