First time I took my daughter for a manicure. Staff was very tolerant of the 4year wanting her nails done. Nice calm space and professional staff, good uniformity with the staff.

When one goes for treatments like mani or pedi, the environment should be relaxed. But the place is very Bright and loud. The hair salon is in the same space as the treaent section. The staff is nice though

Always get treated really well at Sorbet Promenade. Welcoming atmosphere and pretty place. Well positioned pricing considering the products they use. My girls and I enjoy coming here for some pampering!

I went to get my nails done on my birthday. The lady that normally does my nails was not there so I did my nails with someone else. Worst mistake. She messed up my nails. She never waited long enough for the first layer of nail polish to dry before applying the next. This made it clump up. It was very obvious that my nails looked horrible. But she still didn't fix unless I pointed it out to her. Once she was done I went to the lady at the front desk and complained to her about the bad service I got. Her and the rest of the staff tried to convince me it was a problem with the specific nail polish colour I picked out, not the nail tech. At this point I was already an hour at the salon because of all the mistakes. They made me choose a whole new colour for my nails which annoyed me. I reminded them that it was my birthday and I've already way too long there. It took another 30 minutes to reapply the new colour because she still made mistakes. So I got there at 10:30am to do my nails and left at 12pm. Just horrible service and they tried to blame it on the nail polish. Nevertheless, they didn't charge me for my nails because I was very clearly annoyed. I'm just annoyed that there's only one nail tech I trust there. It shouldn't be like that. We should be able to walk in there and receive equally good service from everyone.
