Kspa was very good before but now so spoiled, I don't know what happened. I was going there for massages, wax, nails and then I went for brows tinting which was so messed up, they were different, and therapist told me :what would u like me to do? - I said, anything just to make them even. U can take off a bit from this Brow or add a bit on other. So she decided to rub very hard to take off some bits but it didn't help of course. So I went home with uneven eyebrows, they looked better before tinting. And today I made an appointment for the mani for R150 from the website (I asked on the phone that one mani for R150 which I saw on the website), because I only had 20 min, and it was saying it takes 20 min. I was sitting 45 min!! And then lady infront says "it was express mani for R200".i said :"oh that's why it took 45min".and she says "yes it's a bit longer its 30min".like she didn't listen what I was saying at all. And when there was awkward silent, I just said "OK thx" and started to walk out. Once I was at the door already, lady from reception started to call me back saying something No way guys

My husband and I just had a couple's 1 hour Back, Neck and Shoulders massages and they were fantastic!! Definitely up there with one of the best massage I have every had 👍

Shocking, this was the worst massage i have ever had. Booked a 2 hour package of aroma therapy, neck and shoulder and a foot massage. Firstly my therapist was not even a massage therapist, she did the laser treatments yet they booked me with her. She was rude and extremely rough despite me asking her to ease the pressure numerous times, she also refused to keep the air conditioning on. She left bruises in certain areas and left me with extreme discomfort on my body and under my feet. After the massage was done i asked to fill in a feedback form and told the receptionist what had happened, I was promised a call from the owner which never happened simply because they do not care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Although the atmosphere and the lady doing the massage was good the rest of it was clinical and impersonal. Won't visit it again or recommend it. Not while there are so many other options available.

Had Gelish applied last week Thursday. Atmosphere was great, and although I wasn't told about the "pink" special, I left happy. Three days later and the gel is already lifting quite badly (I don't do housework or dishes) - the website says it'll last 3 weeks
Since my complaint Lauren has been amazing in contacting me and offering me an alternative treatment, which was very nice of her and appreciated, so all's well that ends well. It's nice that they take their customer satisfaction so seriously. Thank you Lauren!response / report this review -
