Lady at the reception had a rather tacky remark by mentioning to us that certain colleagues from the company we work for still owe them money, the question is why on earth haven't you followed up with them?

She laid out the dos and don'ts to us like we are naughty little school boys, the place wasn't all that great eitherwouldn't highly recommend it to anyone really.

Rooms are clean, functional, and beds are comfortable. But some rooms will lock behind you because the latch is loose and falls closed! Got locked out late in the evening and had a very grumpy response on the emergency contact number. The breakfast is included and is pretty good. The pool is suspect and we didn't use it. There is free WiFi, but most of the time you can't get through to the internet AT ALL; do not depend on it! We found that the staff was very friendly and accommodating in person - they helped us a lot with advice, information, assistance, and printing out things.

Good Day

i would like to thank the staff and management of Snel Guest Lodge for my booking on the 10th of April and as well the 11th of April 2015.the staff at the lodge are very friendly. we would also like to thank them for preparing our breakfast. i would recommend Snel Guest Lodge to my friends and family. Our stay was and enjoyable and relaxing.
