For a budget hotel it is not bad. The rooms are clean, since they have redone it the place looks nice and modern and coffee in the morning.

1st attempt at reception with no customer service skills made us wait without informing us no rooms available with their stupid system that doesn't report. 2 attempt, on a different occasion we were told rooms are available but only after 10 min, drove out and come back and was advised there are rooms but no bath towels, how unprofessional ? were did Tsogo sun took their business to? wait wait, drove out came back after 20 min as we were told to come back. guess what there were no rooms avail. what kind of a joke did they play on us, couldn't they be honest and tell us there is no service. The rooms are small, no hand soap, no pocket lotion after washing hands, like cant you take it back to formula 1. you guys are bad. ive had accommodation to all tsogo sun, but you guys are bad. reception doesn't even have a warm welcome, shuu
