Stayed only 1 night after flying in. Food was nice but rooms need a revamp. Staff were excellent .

The worse experience ever. There was no internet and the recepcionist told me I should go to the "loby" for more reception, the tv wasnt working, the whole bedroom wasnt clean, there was no air inside the bedroom, the air condition wasnt working either. We found hair in the pillow. I can't even think who the hell can catalogue this place as a 5 star hotel. I wont be back again ever.

I am total disgust of this place, the place is filthy. I must say the online pictures are deceiving. Firstly this is not a 5 star establishment, there's absolutely nothing that warrants that status. The reception area is not welcoming, deco is worn out &could use some refreshing and staff not neatly dressed.

We had to change rooms, 1st room was so filthy and runned down, walls and shower could use some maintance and there was dust just about everywhere. No complimentary water in the rooms, no bath robs. 2nd room basically the same condition, worst was the shower full of hair and we had to change sleeping position & face the other way because of the wall that is full of dust. Rooms are dark could do with proper lighting.

The mattress killed my back and pillows are telling a story; they are finished. I woke up with a sore back and swollen sinus & in pain. Woken by noise made by staff as the room was very close to the kitchen.

We chose this place as we wanted to break away from typical hotel stay, as we wanted to unwind, relax and enjoy tranquilty. What a bumper! Pity we arrived late to look for another place, so we had to spend the night. We will definelty cut our stay short!!!

Amazing venue and the food is absolutely to die for. Pork belly is a favourite. Only criticism I have is they may need to offer a wider variety of certain drinks at the bar. Otherwise, really lovely.

Pleasantly surprised by this unusual guesthouse. I accessed my large room via circular stairs outside the reception building. The bed was the lowest I have come across in a hotel but it was comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with a free standing bath and like bedroom had an earthy feel to decor. For a small establishment the restaurant served excelled evening meals. Throughout my stay staff were pleasant and helpful. My only concern was the lack of parking but I did find parking space in street nearby. Breakfast lacked variety.

What a great find! We were flying into PE and weren't arriving until 6pm so we didn't want anything too expensive as it literally was somewhere to lay our heads.
The staff were very friendly when we checked in.
We had a room upstairs and a room around the back. The rooms themselves were really lovely with a freestanding bath, lovely big shower, big bed, safe, tea and coffee facilities.
The wifi was fine. There is an honesty bar where you help yourselves to drinks and just make a note of what you've had then this is added to your bill.
The ONLY disappointing thing was the noisy staff the following morning from 6am. I thought maybe we were the only people to have picked up it but our friends made the same comment too. I appreciate the staff need to get things ready for breakfast but a bit of consideration for those who are possibly still sleeping wouldn't go amiss!
Breakfast was fine - egg, bacon, sausage the usual suspects! If we returned to PE we would look to stay here as the location is very good ;-)

Not sure of names but when welcomed on March 17th in the afternoon the lady was extremely helpful in advising us on good spots to hit in town and Summer stand and went out of her way to help us try get a restaurant booking. On checking out early on March 18th the young gentleman was very pleasant and had prepared a ready made breakfast for us to take to the airport which we were absolutely delighted with and set us up nicely for a day of travel..very impressed by this. The rooms are really spacious and the grounds are really manicured which makes for a nice oasis and a great base to explore Summerstrand
