I would definitely not stay here again,too many things in the room not working.The room needs urgent maintenance.There is coffee mugs and tea cups but no teaspoons.Electical plug socket in the kitchen not working properly.The outside yard is not tidy.No undercover parking and it is difficult to reverse out of the premises.Automated gate not working.TV remote cant switch the TV on or of,has to be done manually.Blinds in the room hangs skew and people can see through from the outside.

Could not check in on appointed date, called but did not get a response until 10pm (3hrs later). By which time we had made alternative arrangements. Got a credit for the night which was a plus but the place was very noisy for at least 4 nights and could not get to sleep until 1 am. Our room toilet had a faulty cistern and nothing was done despite notifying them on the second day. Cigarette wafted into our rooms which made it uncomfortable at times. The rates are reasonable. Nice Garderns

Excellent place to stay when in Welkom! Very accommodating and lovely rooms; with electric blanket and DSTV. Brilliant shower and lots of space for pets. If we're ever in Welkom again we would definitely stay there again.

Imagine an awesome setting with a nice tranquil garden with many birds singing just outside your doorthis is Simoni Guesthouse. I stayed there for about a month and a half while on a business trip from Gauteng. This is an awesome place. The room is like something out of a fairy tale. The bed is soft with fresh linen every day. As it is self catering, the little kitchenette got everything and more. There is even two different kinds of coffees & tea's. The bathroom is very modern & it makes a person really feel relaxed as the massage shower is everything you need after a busy day in meetings. I can really recommend Simoni to everyone visiting Welkom. Regards, Pieter
