Realy horrible experience. From our arrival we had a bad stay. Came to the gate, no answer. Phoned the number on the gate, receptionist answered the phone and told us to wait 5 minutes she will be rigt there.
Got to the check in counter, and she doesnt know that we only booked one room.
Got to the room, outside the pollyfilla was all over the walls, not even neatly finished off. Inside the room, the curtains were dirty, the curtain rails were hanging off the hooks lobsided. The pillows had been slept on and not washed. The cables from the tv were just hanging there, not even neatly tucked away. There was only one twinplug in the room and that was to power the dstv. Now for the bathroom. When I wanted to use the toilet, and lifted the seat, the toilet has been used and not cleaned. The shower doors dont properly close and you wait a long time for hot water.
The next morning there was no one to check us out an take the keys. We just dropped it in the mail box and left.

Dirty, unprofessional, noisy and false advertising. NEVER book this place. Should be a 0 star establishment.
