Beautiful place. It's still young but beautiful. There's a swimming area, nice dam view, the rooms are affordable and beautiful, there's an inside bar as well. Oh and a Labba. Have conference halls too. Beautiful service

I was unimpressed guys. Firstly rooms were reserved and paid for months ago, however, when we get there we told stories. We finally secure a room. At check in there is no electricity, okay perhaps loadshedding but maybe candles would have been an option, like how are we supposed to see anything in the room. One of our friends was staying in a block without numbers and had to try her key at several rooms before finding her room. Early in the morning staff kept knocking, could the tyding up process not happen after we had checked out? Secondly the cleanliness was not up to scratch, we had to rinse out the provided coffee cups. Upon the return of electricity, air-conditioners remotes were no where to be found, Tzaneen is hot after all. Overall I was not happy.

We booked for a wedding nearby and our room was given away. We were given a more expensive room. There was no electricity at the lodge. The room was dirty. Shower had grime and the bed sheets had stains. Overall it was a terrible experience with uncaring staff. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Facilities are at 3* level. Still being developed but pleasing hsll snd bar atmosphere. Rooms are fine but an introduction of wardrobes would completely move the rating to 4 and above. DSTV and Aircond available in each room. Viva Black entrepreneurs viva.
