Pleasant experience I had but their chips portion sizes are a lil small than the one at KFC Paledi Mall. They didn't have Zinger wings on 23 June 2020 @18H30 when I was there.

With the fence in place now the KFC have gotten rid of hawkers and people who used to sell random items right at the door of this place, now it's clean and clear at the front of this KFC.

I give this KFC five stars because it's very very safe, this day's there is also a security guard who is visible at the restaurant mostly at evening.

There is no drive through and parking space can be hard to find if you own a car. If you don't have a car you will not experience a problem at all.

Inside it's very clean and and the smell is nice, the cashier's are happy and they do their job excellently. In overall the food is good and the chef's are fast.

Outside it is surrounded by pèople who sell random items e.g clothing, and also hawkers are all over that place.

There is no drive through and parking space can be hard to find if you own a car. If you don't have a car you will not experience a problem at all.

The place in itself is very clean and the cashiers are generally very friendly. I always get greeted with a smile and my order is usually to specification. They may take time when it's busy to dish up your meal but on days during the month, you will get your order in time. It's an overall good franchise.
