  Very beautiful accommodation. 4 star chalets, very romantic setting. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, only broken by the roar of lions. The big cats are in large field enclosures and are well looked after. The conference venue can accommodate around 300 guests and the bar area is absolutely stunning. Dinner is served on silver platters brought to you by friendly and helpful staff. A really elegant escape, highly recommended.

  I was a guest at a wedding held at Siesta, being in the service industry myself you do tend to look at the smaller details.
  Firstly there were about 5 lights not working, one being in the ladies bathroom. This was reported during the wedding and just ignored, not good.
  There should be a good lasting impression on all guest visiting, even if it is a wedding: word of mouth is still the best marketing tool.
  Secondly, worst of all, the tablecloth had a cigarette burn, they were not starched or steamed properly. Not so obvious to the naked eye maybe but quite apparent on pictures.
  Instead of charging guest for 2 cappuccinos while setting up the venue, offer it on comp. Small efforts go a long way, and surely 2 cappuccinos will not be such a big loss considering the hefty charge for this venue.
  The guest rooms are well equipped and stylish.
  I will not recommend this guesthouse for a wedding venue.
  Just as a guesthouse, good, 4 stars.
