Booking was downgraded 3 times! With no price cut!

Accommodations were finished very unprofessionally (skew doors, screws sticking out, drawers falling out), breakfast was served 30 min late after making special arrangements to have it at 8 sharp, the rooms were dirty (cupboards, etc) and a baby wild animal was stepped on and paralyzed in front of our very eyes by a waiter.

Horrific experience. Amatures
