Convenient first stopover travelling from Johannesburg to the Cape. Easy access to the fuel stop from the N1 national highway. They have clean restrooms and you can get food and drinks for along the road. There is a Steers Restaurant on site for a meal if you feel like eating at that stage.

Found this a great place for a pit stop. Restrooms were clean and facilities such as a convenient shop were well equipped. Divine coffee from the coffee bar.

A quick stop for a bite to eat and a hot coffee.
Normally stop over here for fuel and/or meal.
Restrooms were clean and well maintained, noticed a toilet catering for international visitors from the East as well.
Wheelchair drop-off as well for the restroom and/or restaurant, ample parking available and a little park area for those with pets. Water point also available.
Choice of coffee supplier is a good one, Torrador has real good beans :-)
Quick snacks available as well, reasonably priced.
A good spot for a quick stop or fill-up.

Best Bloemfontein roadside stop for the long road. Great park for the kids to play in and for everyone to have a bite to eat under the sun. Clean and well maintained. Fast and friendly service. Enough fuel bays and even more parking bays to cater for everything from bikes, to cars, to anything with a trailer and even trucks.

Clean restrooms Steers diner which serves excellent quality. Shaded parking. Fast friendly petro port service. Nice kids play area with grass outdoors and jungle gym.

We normally don't eat at these eateries and the food we received at this ace once again confirmec why!

Being enroute from Cape Town to Johannesburg, we stoppped there for lunch. We ordered their Steers burger with chips.

What we got was a stale, dry bun with a patty that tasted like like paper. It was not edible. Food stuck to our gums

Really a waste of our good money.

If this is the norm, NO THANK YOU!!! NO STEERS FOR US AGAIN. It does not even deserve a 1 star..

Clean. Massive play area for kids to play & stretch their legs after a long trip. Facilities for people travelling with dogs. Avery. Steers. Covered parking. Toilets being renovated but very nice & clean. And modern & cater for kids.

Clean bathrooms considering the daily volume!
A kids playground. A place for dogs to have some water. Nice Shop. Could be a holiday destination on it's own.
I think one of South Africa's first Ultra Stops.

Got ice cream cones from Steers and sat in the parking lot watching the little birds feed on biscuits dropped by visitors. A peaceful half hour spent well.

4 hours drive from Johannesburg. Good to time to fill the car with fuel and fuel up on snacks, not much going on after that. Friend people at the station but it can get busy. Carefull of the sleep bumps as you leave town

Quick and efficient service at petrol station. Petrol attendants knowledgeable and helpful an friendly. Snack shop personnel great. Coffee from the local barista excellent.

Fast friendly service. They wont make mistake with petrol diesel vehicles. Diesel bit expensive though.

All the necessary amenities. Vida e cafe, steers and a store. Very busy during the holidays, but quieter than the next ultra city closer to Bloemfontein.
