We always stop at the usual Petro Port but over the long weekend it was so crowded that we decided to look for an alternative. Just off the N3 is the BP filling station with the loveliest roadhouse. The BP's barrooms were adequate and the staff were friendly and efficient.

At the Roadhouse he had a lovely breakfast and we were on our way in no time at all.
