Great food, great prices, unfortunately the German "touch" is gone. The management isn't German, and don't know the ins and outs of German foods. That's not to say that they don't run a great shop!

A good above average butchery for fresh meat and continental cold meats. Excellent hot counter for take away lunch and an outside terrace for a sit down meal.

What a joy! From the start:on arrival-excellent security(look for the guard on the roof as overwatch)-greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes, let alone the gorgeous smells of roasted meats-superb, quality cuts in a super clean environment-approachability and eagerness to please, assistance with advice-great store! Can’t think of anything else except a slight pity about stock(because of the seasonal rush, which speaks for itself). Well done!

Great product, but not always open according to time on website. if they aren't busy they may just close so maybe call before or go to Rudesheim

The biggest and best burgers in town. I organised a team lunch and I had the best time ever sitting outside. Nice beer selection too. And when it came to paying, it wasn't too bad either. I'm a regular.

The ribs are awesome! It's definitely no fine dining establishment, but the food is really prepared well and does enough to satisfy the hunger! The ribs special is awesome priced for a full portion at R75 with two sides, although the two side portions are quite small, let's just say u could count the number of of chips on the plate! Breakfast at R45 including coffee was a real bargain! What's amazing are the ribs and wings that's being done on a braai just outside the restaurant, you could buy either straight of the grill for something like R80 pkg, which is quite cheap, and they have some great imported beer on tap! Definitely a place to try! Will be going back for the wings!

great pricing. good quality meat with butchers on hand to work the meat and cut it per your request. Have to have to have to try out the pork neck sandwich and the meatballs. Also all you can eat ribs on the deck on weekends, great value.
