Good service again. Been taking my Clio 4 there for about 3 years now. At 90000km service they picked up a problem with the timing chain and put through a manufacturer warranty claim. So I just had to pay for the standard service fee luckily. But I've dealt with Renault Woodmead, Bryanston(left grease in my engine compartment after a service and did not bother to clean up), and the Glen for much simpler things and received rubbish service. So I definitely recommend Northcliff.

I have been a customer at Renualt Northcliff for 5 years and a service department employee who answered my call is the rudest person I have ever experienced!!! I will no longer be a customer there! The way they treat their customers is shocking to say the least! To top it all off, the amount they charge for a simple service is ludicrous! He put the phone down on me after he told me he will charge for the adjustment of my brake cables and to check if everything is okay. I am disgusted!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the great service and value for money vehicles. The sales person, Thato, went out of his way to structure a deal that works. I was never a fan but after my son recently purchased his new Renault, I am impressed and have changed my attitude towards the brand. Well done Renault.

What turned out to be an amazing service delivery from Renault Northcliff has turned out to be just as much a mess as every other Renault I have delt with (barring Byranston). Milesh has dropped the ball and the team has let me down with a bitter taste in my mouth. It seems internal communication or training of new sales people is not done.

Been using this branch for servicing both our cars even though they are far away. Most friendly and helpful staff I've ever met. They take the extra mile to help you out. We have been with two other branches. Wilrogate branch is a sad excuse of hospitality. Really reliable and fantastic service. Will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here.

Friendly and quick service. Leave your car in the morning, their transporters take you to your destination and in the afternoon or however later, you come back and pick up your cleanly washed and expertly serviced car.
Should you want to wait for your car, there is a comfortable lounge with refreshments, or browes through cars in their gallery or second hand car gallery.

Best service I've ever had .. Renault Northcliff is the best not to forget David Sekele the best sales man ..kind and very patient .. he did not give up on me last year when I was declined instead helped to fix my mistakes and get my life back on track .. when I lost hope this year early he said to me .you will never know if we don't try again .. don't give up . .. he was there always and he believed in me even tho I had lost hope .. One of the best Renault dealerships in Gauteng and I've been to a few. The workshop lady (Charmaine) is simply incredible. I only take my car here.
