Hi, please ensure parts dept answers the phone or arrange a better staffing system, with only one parts salesman available and not even answering the phone I went there myself and got served in 30 min only and also saw it was not a line problem.. he just wasn't taking any calls.

It's okay, I guess. I've had much better service from other Audi dealerships (Audi Sandton, for example).

Slow service. Service advisers don't keep you informed about your car's progress in their workshop. Rather use another Audi dealership.

Buy an expensive car here and expect good service, right? Wrong. Do not expect anything better than third grade service. Having bought a brand new car from them was surprised by constant problems with it only to have to deal with an extrodinarily aggressive and rude dealer principal.
If you are still an Audi fan, avoid this dealership like the plague.

After struggling to get our money back from Audi Northcliff due to us cancelling the sale because of all kinds of issues and extremely poor communication from their side, they have the nerve to now send my husband promo emails! We never consented to promotional material to be sent to us and we are certainly not interested in any.

Worst dealership i ever dealt with. I bought an audi 2012 1.8t last year. I took a maintenance plan with audi. I paid R26500. I was told it was till 250000kms oh 2018. When i take the car for service they say my plan expired. They put it at 100000kms. They are a bunch of rogues. They make me wait 2 days with my car in audi westrand only to say they cant help me. I told them i was leaving Audi but they didnt care. Customer service means nothing to them
I even went to Audi SA they refused to help me. I wouldnt recommend audi to anyone. The worst brand i ever owned. Toyota treated me much better

Bunch of rogues. Please if you looking for good service delivery DONT go to this branch. To sign your contract and get your money they will bend over but when you need assistance they have NEVER delivered. Worst car dealership ive ever dealt with. Also please read the fine print on contracts they trick people. Pathetic service.

Pathetic customer service, post sale they are rude and arrogant. I had countless issues with the vehicle and the dealer principal used vulgarity and told me that he wishes me luck in getting anything resolved so I should just go find a lawyer. They put substandard tyres on my vehicle which resulted in an incident on the highway which could have cost me my life. I RECOMMEND TO STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The worst place, they lost my extra set of key and asked me if I had proof of giving them the key, made me pay twice since they didn't have any records and gave me an excuse that they have fired the staff 🤦‍♂️
They blame it all on some guy Brian and rip you off.

Best thing to do is report them to audi in Germany head quarters.

Might not want to own an Audi again, (paid for my car in cash)

Superb service by your receptionist and Service dept (Werner) who quickly responded to an issue with my car and went out of their way to get it fixed, even though I could not get the vehicle to the service centre.
