I spend on an average of R100.00 rand a day at this station. When the tanker is busy filling the tanks at 7pm in the evening which is when the garage is at its busiest you cannot leave the garage to go into north road, you need to go half way to town up vickers road and then track back to north road. when approaching the staff they tell you that is the only way.
I will not be using sasol any longer even if my car has no fuel i will walk to the next garage.response / report this review -

On the last two occassions that I have stopped off at the Shell Shop to buy pies, I have to admit that the services is poor. The pies are ready but still in the oven (the indicator light is flashing "complete") and when I ask how long will the pies be, I am given a glare and told 10 minutes. This answer is not conveyed in a good manner. The staff are very unfriendly in the shop. Its as if they are doing me a favour by answering me. Really????
I have seen customers waiting to be served but your staff totally ignore them as if they don't exist. Your attention to this matter would be great for your customers.response / report this review -
