Run down building, staff have terrible attitude, couldn't care less.

Extremely slow-badly placed, as there is never road parking available, so leaves you no option to park in the parking lot, which it tight and cramped and expensive if you just want something quick done. Not effectively efficient and staff are unconcerned.

The Post Boxes under Greenside Post Office control at the Parkhurst Recreation Centre are in an absolutely shocking state of repair - the locks on the back panels are broken - and have been broken for at least around a year - I have reported this verbally on numerous occasions to both the staff at Greenside Post Office as well as the Postal Staff who come to distribute the Mail into the respective Post Boxes. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! It is after all the Post Office access locks that are broken - meaning that any member of the public can access my and many others private Post Box and remove Mail - not to mention that I have found these doors open to the weather on numerous occasions!! PO Box Holders pay a significant Annual Premium for these PO Boxes - I am not sure how much individual Mail goes missing - it is an absolute disgrace!!
