By far the worst Spur franchise I've ever been to.
The service is terrible and the management is even worse. The last straw was when my food arrived cold after waiting for close to an hour having had to ask the manager for intervention. NEVER wasting my money there ever again.response / report this review -

I don't know who likes the spur more my daughter or me? We all ways have a great meal. The play area is fantastic for kids and keeps them busy while the food comes. It gives the adults so time to talk and catch up. Recently started eating vegetarian so I miss our on many of the fantastic meat dishes.

A very cosy and congenial atmosphere! The food was delicious; nachos were amazing, sirloin tender just as I hoped and the desserts are so decadent. I fought to make space in my stomach for it all! The waitstaff are very friendly and it's easy to end up staying there the whole day. Sarasota is one of the better Spurs I've been to.

The service was great I enjoyed the meal and our waitron Sylvia served us very well she was quick with our orders and gave us correct orders. All in all her service was fantastic.

A great hospitality, friendly stuff. They always make sure the food you receive is always on high standard. The ambient accommodate young and old. Big up to the braamfantain spur crew. Keep up a good hospitality. i Always be there👌.

One of the few Spurs I enjoyed, good service. Only problem Spur waiters tend to overdo things cause they work for tips also.

Have come here once or twice. On all occasions i was welcome by friendly staff. Service was efficient. The rest rooms are ok but could be better maintained​. The food was as expected, nothing to report there. I was told by a friend that this place gets full on Friday afternoons due to the bank and insurance staff working in the area, but have never experienced that
