Great gym. Usually alot of traffic between 4pm and 6pm around the sandton area. Try to avoid it if you can. On weekends no traffic and classes are early in the morning.

Love how this gym is set out, just the cable machine to the left needs some fixing as well as the seated low row machines as well as it is difficult to put the pins in some of the weight slots. Has been like that for ages now.

The gym has enough parking. You need your gym card to exit. It's big with all types of equipment, most are more then two. Does not have the functional circuit.

Nice vibe, gets crowded at night, quiet at weekends, can purchase health food and coffee and parking is free.

One of the few gyms that still has a decent weights area. But the machines and the gym layout is outdated. It gets really full at peak times even parking can be a nightmare.

This gym is always being upgraded, renovated. The toilet locks have been broken since forever. The kids bathroom downstairs are always smelly and dank. Cleaning staff seem to prefer to have long chats in the change rooms than do the jobs. Some machines never get fixed. TRainers from virgin active, never willing to go over an above to assist elderly, and other gym goers who are clearly "first timers". I only go here because its on my way home from work, and it is a matter of convenience.

I was training there but had to stop as i learnt that the trainer i was using is a wife beater. Sizwe Maphumulo beats his wife to a pulp, started when she was pregnant. Beats me how a person who is a pronoter of wellnesd can be so abusive. Sadly he is associated with such a good brans. Please recommend another Trainer for me. Thanks

Full service, well valued and friendly staff. Only issue is the constant fending off of sales people trying to get your friends numbers or trying to sell you personal trainer packages. Suggestion: rather than calling me on a Friday night, find me on the floor, give me some tips and then offer me a full session at a price. Much more likely to buy then.
