If there is something like an food oasis this might be it. Conveniently located and easily accessible in Uitenhage this is the place to shop for your daily household needs. Prices are competitive with regular specials.

This supermarket is one of my favourites. It's not to small and not to big. It's also has a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff are frinedly and they often have fresh pancakes and other South African desserts made freshl while you wait.

Sometimes I regret the trip there when they only have the type of cappuccino I don't want, i.e. no sign of the unsweetened variety. However, it is close and convenient. Parking is usually easy to find.

Produce nice and fresh. When asked for a donation for Interact at our school in their area, nothing happened. Not even a note saying "no". The owner is suppose to be the person in charge of the youth at Rotary. Sir please answer our letters!

This is the better spar of the two in town. Their deli have lovely cakes and staff are friendly. The meat and vegetables are good quality and are well presented
