Penford PnP is a total disgrace. Everything is shoddy in the store, have head office forgotten about Uitenhage store? The assistance is seriously bad if at all , existing. The staff, barring a few, are slow and lazy. No one smiles or greets anymore. Is pnp such a bad place to work for? it just does not seem to be a happy place.The management team are absolutely useless. Lastly, your price hikes are absolutely ridiculous, your wares are way o Dr inflated and you have The cheek to say it's on special. Even SPAR is cheaper with most of their goods. I cringe every time I have to go in there.

The shop is nice and the staff are helpful however I was bothered by three men trying to push my trolly for me. Something has to be done about this. It is very uncomfortable.

I like shopping in Pick n Pay compared to other shops, they used to have everything I want. Ever since Pick n Pay Vincent was renovated I feel lost as the other ones seem to disappoint

The staff desperately need training on how to handle their Customers. Some of them have no respect and no manners. One of the most common problems is that their products are not marked and the Customer has to waste precious time trying to find someone to find the prices
