Both my treatments by Koko (pedicure) and Eslinah (massage) were great - as always! They are very professional. However, as the morning went on, the ambience was appalling and not at all spa-like! The background music continuously alternated between being so faint you couldn't hear it or it was so loud and of a noisy cocktail jazzy genre that it was a major distraction from the treatment leaving no sense of pampering whatsoever. Then there was the extremely vociferous conversations and loud laughter filtering from the open plan lounge / treatment area. These clients were having a ball to the detriment of anyone else who was there for some relaxation. NONE of the above is conducive for a relaxing spa-type massage treatment. Rouge needs to decide whether they are a health spa or a kitchen tea / girly event / baby shower venue! I have been a regular client for a few years now but this time I left feeling very irritated and stressed which is a great pity! Such a disappointment.

Absolutely wonderful experience.

Situated within the Southern Suburbs, offering an array of massages, pedicures, manicures and so forth. The ambiance of the spa is relaxing and pleasant, together with the friendliness of the staff. The overall experience is wonderful, being offered a variety of tea or coffee or water before and after your treatment.

Certainly recommend the 75minute luxury pedicure and 60minute Swedish full body massage. 💯

My daughter booked a treat pedicure for me as I was on holiday from out of town. She was coming for her 1st pedicure. Our beauticians were running half an hour late . Her pedicure ended up being half the time we had booked for. We were disappointed.

The therapists at Rouge are really lovely ladies who all seem very passionate about their jobs, plus they have amazing mani-pedi and waxing specials. Would recommend :)

A true home away from home. The tranquility of the establishment is so overwhelming in the most pleasant of ways and has transformed my day on every visit. Although the beauty industry is currently flourishing with brands, I'd choose Rouge Day Spa as my first choice over and over again. With such affordable rates on all treatments, it's always a pleasant surprise to be met with such exceptional service, friendly staff and an overall top quality experience. Having spent the better part of my Women's Day at the spa with my mom, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The Hazelnut Oil Full body massage exceeded any expectation (or fear) I had. Being my first massage experience, Rouge has us hooked!
