This establishment is nice and clean, relatively modern but very basic. The prices are probably the best in the area. I did find though that the staff is not particularly attentive, maybe it was just because we were there out of season. We had extremely noisy neighbours in the room next door, which the manager addressed. It did not make much of a difference though. The walls are very thin. The inn wasn't full when we were there, I would have liked if they didn't put us right next to practically the only other occupants at the time, seeing as there definitely were more rooms available

Places is affordable if you are looking for a budget place, they offer breakfast for R80, cereals and a basic English breakfast. They have medium rooms and the bathroom is decent and clean. There are 3 floors, but there is no lift, so arrange in time you have special needs.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly. They could do well to upgrade their breakfast selection, as well as the entire dining area (Christmas decorations on the blackboard way into January). A good stay for the price though.

Enjoyed my stay there last night ,our room was nice and clean but what I didn't like was one of the staff who came into our room at 09:56 asking us if we extending or what like that was rude to the max firstly we all know check out time is 10:00 and secondly she barges into our room asking if we extending or not at the wrong time then leaves the door open(WIDE OPEN)! we knew we had to check out and in fact we were packing our bags at that time and for her to do all that was not necessary really!!!and the fact that she came at the wrong time even makes it worse.

Clean, basic, modern, affordable. Sheets too small for king size bed with no mattress cover. Tea/coffee collection inadequate.

Clean and neat, that's why it got one star. But staff are rude and incompetent. Room Key-Card got deactivated twice. You're not even allowed to have a cup of coffee if you don't buy a complete breakfast voucher. No fridge in the room. I would not advise this place.

Convenience of being closer to all the amenities. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean. Not for long stay though! Just a day or 2 will do Very elementary and basic!!

Neat cosy destination, affordable. However, they appear to use every trick in the book to FINE their patrons. I would definitely not be going back to Regal Inn.
