Went for a smoke in the smoking area, sat with friends and the waiter totally avoided us, asked him after 30 min or so, it seems like you avoiding us? Can we order a drink? No sorry sir can't serve you as you have you kids in here I mean really? No signs saving no under 18's or anything complain to the manager and she says ok sorry for that what can I buy you? I don't want you to buy me anything I just want to buy a drink my son was sat in there the whole time eating his ice cream, but we were not allowed to be served doesn't make sense to me. Training and communication 1 out of 10

Ordered a steak that I wanted medium-rare, it was beyond rare (wouldn't even call it rare) it seemed like it only had touched the grill for 30 seconds. I only noticed this half way through because the first side I started to eat of was fine. Never ever experienced an steak like that. The manager wouldn't even acknowledge it.

Downgraded even further when they attempt to "correct" it with a vague phone call and a "hope will be better next time". With that blasé disregard for bringing clients back or at least encouraging them to reconsider, don't be surprised when the franchise disappears from this area.
Been a couple of times, quality and service are slipping every time-the pricing doesn't justify the bland, inconsistent(sometimes badly cooked)food. You go to a steak restaurant to get it cooked the way you like it, not to get excuses, blaming of equipment and to beg to get noticed. Have to go past with 30 guests in a few weeks time and will definitely not recommend anybody going in.response / report this review -

Had a toasted Sami - not even any butter on the toast - soft egg was hard - chips definitely frozen - we were served our drinks, after that saw no one until they brought the food - overall - a typical Spur - Spur is a Spur is a Spur 😕 mediocre at best 😶 and actually just wanted to prove a point - we've NEVER been Spur people - but just wanted to prove a point that it's still 😩
