Brilliant, fast to reply to emails. They answered all my questions. I made the mistake of booking it in just before Easter weekend so it took longer to arrive due to holidays etc. But that's expected. Will wait to see the repair job once it arrives.

Iv been waiting for my phone for a whole month. The only update is that "the phone is irreparable and we are waiting for Samsung to give you a replacement". Two emails this week,no response to both. Why Samsung assign incompetent service centres beats me!

I am very happy with the service received. They were far cheaper than any other Samsung repair centre. They fixed my device the same day they received it. All the other places said the repair time would be 7 to 14 working days! Will definitely make use of their great service again!

Terrible service. The phone came back more damaged then when I sent it, and however I'm not able to get my money back. The "repair" also took longer than promised. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy services from this company.
