Had water leaking from the ceiling over the long Easter weekend. It was coming from the geyser pipe connected to the tray. I immediately phoned around to have a plumber to assist. The response from remedy plumbers from the first call was remarkable. Tich asked that I send videos/pics on WhatsApp so he could assess what the issue is. He advised that it was a burst geyser and offered to come to my place in half an hour. He showed up on time and immediately went into the roof to isolate the geyser and avoid further damages. We spoke about the job that needed to be done and he provided me with an invoice late at night on the same day. He arranged for a new geyser the next day even though it was a public holiday and came in to have it installed. Every interaction with remedy plumbers demonstated competence and everything was handled with high degree of professionalism. On top of fixing the geyser, Tich also explained the regulatory requirements for compliance and highlighted other issues he picked up before he could issue a compliance certificate once the job on the geyser was done. He did not hesitate to take on additional plumbing work and did everything to his best ability to ensure that the plumbing work is compliant with the regulation. I thank remedy plumbers for the excellent service and amazing experience during this time. This is a company you can trust and rely on in times like this especially during the covid-19 lockdown. I strongly recommend them for your plumbing jobs.
