Plenty of open parking.
A big store with few people, like DIY to help you quickly to get what you need. Many sales people. Are either on their cellphones or not available to help customers.
Management need to teach staff to become customer orientated like Kloppers do.

The store was well stocked, spacious and well ventilated. Unfortunately the isle where the curtain rails were was literally a hazard, the rails were all over the floor and randomly propped so they could fall over. The staff was also "busy" with everything but availing themselves to help shoppers.

Good and well to change to a customer card system but to wait and give up and leave is also not a good advert
Always a good experience to buy there. Staff in the paint department very helpfull. Plumbing not so helpful

Nice big place. Good deals day to day and specials. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can recommend options and they have a big variety of paints and othet equipment power tools and building equipment and supplies. If you feel like changing your home or just looking for a DIY project builders can help you with all your needs.

BWH has yet again not missed the opportunity to disappoint. Specialist with no specialist knowledge. Retail representatives who would rather be anywhere else. Functional supervision and management with an apathetic attitude and no oversight/supervision.

Isn't it time for a serious competitor to rescue the normal DIYer from this level of disinterest and disrespect?!

00000 rating as they charge me R32000.00 yes thats right R32000.00 to send vacuum cleaner from bloem to graaff reinet and i then arranged my own courier. low & behold they send him away as they did not find the details after receiving email confirmation of the order. now four days past and still no product i paid for pathatic!!!!

No one could help me in Afrikaans. The items that i was looking for the people apparantly did not know what it was and i was dwelling around in the shop and nobody came to me and asked if i needed assistance. Its a disgrace. Will fir sure not advise people to support Builders Warehouse in Curry drive, Bloemfontein.

O I really love to walk through each rack right from the top to bottom end of the shop. The variety is faboulessfrom a cheap range to a very expensive range to pick and choose, especially in the hardware departments. A clean and very nice shop with wide enough spaces inbetween to pass other customers.. KEEP IT UP!

JUST ONE THING THOUGH.Even your cheap range of hardware, paints, gas items, etc., etc., is still too high in comparison with your oppositioneven the daily bread and butter lines like insulation tapes, globes and other items that people buys regularly is a bit pricy. I do belief that in many many items you buy much more in bulk than other hardware shops, but still you are not competative enough.
