We had a pleasant afternoon at Rawdons Hotel in Nottingham Road. We had a delicious lunch under the beautiful old tree. A typical sunny,autumn day. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Popped in to Rawdons restaurant on our way back to Jhb as hubby was craving a good pie. Their lunch service wasn't open yet but the friendly and accommodating staff made sure we got a fresh pie which hubby enjoyed immensely! He opted for the beef/Guinness pie and I has a simple scone and cup of tea. The best part of this visit was our server Sizakele, what a breath of fresh air! Thank you so very much.

Fantastic vibe, perfect spot for a day or evening out. Having Notties brewery on site is super too. Enjoy a pint of their finest at their quaint pub, it's worth it.

Visited the Boars Head Pub at the hotel. Walking into the pub is like stepping back in time. Old English style setting, fire places kept us warm. Comfortable seating around old style wooden tables. We sampled all 8 of the Nottingham Road Brewery beers and had a vegetarian snack basket which really hit the spot. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Amazing tudor style Hotel. Sitting in the Bar you feel as though you've been transported back in time. Definitely worth the visit. Put this one down on your bucket list.

Awesome place witch seems to be a step back in time. The old English style pub is awesome. Real fires in strategic places keeps visitors warm. Service was great. I will be back.

Great hotel. Stayed on a stop over while in a cold snap. The room was quite cold but a heater provided made it perfect. Breakfast buffet good with fast service. Loved the views and own brewed beer pub onsite.

For many people this is the Midlands Meander. The most popular and first craft beer in KZN. They even have gin on tap now, perhaps a shade too hipster for me! I'm sure it's very nice.

Great food, great beer and magnificent views!
We had an amazing time at Rawdons. Nice pub and Nottingham Breweries on premises. Friendly staff. My wife loved the Victorian bath with a view!

Amazing food and beer. View is spectacular!!! We had to come back for more than one visit. A definite stop if you are in the midlands meander!
