Ramsgate Beach Club is a DUMP!!!!
We were so shocked by the condition of the Unit at Ramsgate Beach Club, that we did not even unpack. There is damp rising on the walls, the unit was dirty, buttons had popped off the furniture, the stove was rusted and old, and both the interior and the exterior left much to be desired.
We called the Agent Zina who said that she was sure a refund would not be a problem. After driving 8 hours to get there, we found alternative accommodation. After paying and checking into our new accommodation elsewhere, then Zina changed her tune and said that the Owner said they unfortunately would not be able to refund us our money paid.
They market the Units as 3 bedroomed, but there are in fact 2 bedrooms upstairs and the 3rd bedroom is actually totally separate from the main unit. You enter through the garage, down stairs into a basement - which has been converted into a dingy 3rd bedroom.
Absolutely awful!!!
