Friendly staff and totally loved it there. Will definitely recommend that hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms comfortable and spacious and a totally stunning view

I had lunch at the Radisson over the weekend and it was perfect. The food was divine and staff were more then friendly and helpful towards my needs. The hotel had an extremely welcoming feel to it and the precautions taken surrounding the virus made me feel safe. All in all a great day.

The food was scrumptious and of a high quality! The service was immaculate and the staff were super kind and friendly. The vibes there were perfect and I felt relaxed and at ease! 10/10 definitely would recommend

The spa treatment is phenomenal. It really is a therapeutic experience, I'd recommend it to anyone/couple who are looking for a tranquil setting and just all-round relaxation time alone. Friendly staff, clean facilities and easy access to the building also contribute to the experience as well. I'll definitely be heading back to the spa treatment in the near future when I visit the city again.

Enjoy this hotel. Conveniently located and away from the busiest parts of Sandton. Parking a bit of a challenge as it is usually quite full. However once you make it up to the hotel itself it is quite nice. Good facilities as well as a full gym. Lots of people go there to use the gym. There is also a conference venue and meeting rooms which means lots of meetings with travellers using the facilities and then keeping the convenience of staying in one place

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of conference facilities. The personnel are very friendly and helpful and very professional. The Hotel is situated in a very accessible spot and very easy to find. I will definitely visit the Hotel again.

I wasn't there for a stay but for an interview for work. The staff was hosting us but I recieved poor service. Simple questions and the process were not answered, queues were not monitored leaving me to wait for more than I should've. It looks like a beautiful hotel but after my experience and the reviews read. I recommend you look elsewhere for your stay until all the poor service is rectified.

Service standards are pretty poor, seems to have gone majorly downhill since I last stayed 3-4 years ago. I emailed a few days before with some room requests and there was no reply. Room requests do not appear to have been noted when I checked in. I called twice for a jug of hot water and some honey, and never received it. Room service menu is pretty dismal - is this a 2* hotel ? Service attitude of reception staff was quite nonchalant. Rooms physically look good, but the atrium design means you can hear noise from the lobby - even on the 22nd floor. Much better, more comfortable options nearby !! Luxury hotel ? 5 star hotel ?? Far from it

The hotel itself is attractive and the rooms are spacious but the service was below average for a 5 star especially the reception staff are very casual and nonchalant, rooms were a little dusty, cleaning staff were not on point and woke us up at 8am to clean the room when check out is only at 11am, so much for sleeping in. TV didn't work well, kept losing connection, no bathroom mats, a handheld shower head, only 1 bath sheet. No turning down of the room, no change for the parking machine. I expected more from the Radisson Blu, much better hotel options available close by.

Business class clean and spacious. Offers light snacks in lounge for business class. Friendly staff. Was very impressed that they cater for the Muslim community during the month of ramadaan. Pool room for when the kids are bored. Swimming pool area clean and well maintained

Had a business lunch in the business class restaurant. Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the major attractions in Sandton. Beautiful views of the surroundings and the breakfast was fantastic. Personal service and very good facilities.

Great place to stay. Service is great. My room's view was an experience, especially at night. Food is nice. It's just 10 minutes walk from Nelson Mandela square.

I enjoyed my stay @Radisson.. very friendly with sense of humour. Security is excellent, rooms are absolutely elegant and appealing. Food is galore, with no limitation.. Keep the standard up! Big ups

They don't serve their entire breakfast item throughout the serving hours. Last two hours one might find items 'not available anymore'. They have 6 staff members with a few guests.but still they just stand around. Most tables don't even have teaspoons with their cups. Other tables don't have salt and pepper. No one even ask if they can assist when they see a guest walking around looking for something on other tables.
AlsoWe were a group.One shared room. One of the shared guests checked out and even though the other guest could still stay for that night, as the night was paid for..the hotel decided to check the other guest out as well and said he can stay if he pays another night. An excellent hotel with a very good and safe location. It's so safe all American Presidents stay only there during their visits to S Africa.
I like their breakfast, since it has healthy and Halal options, with many delicious choices. They have 2 types of natural honey that's very good for you. They also have good chefs who are very clean and attentive to us.
The rooms and tv choices are nice. Their internet is pretty fast and reliable.
The hotel manager constantly touring all departments and stopping by customers to make sure they're OK and have no complaints.

Great amenities although the area was pretty low key. Staff was a little smothering with too many reasons to knock on the door., Like checking the minibar and bringing bottles of water, they did have keys to enter which made me feel a little invaded But very pretty place and a true 5 star accommodation
