Amazing spot for conferencing with ample conferencing spot, functional/decent wi-fi. Wasn't happy though with management today when I got mold in my fruit stick, was promised chef was coming to apologise and offer remedial homeopathic solution just in case I might have injested the mold!!! Waited until meeting finished with no sight of manager or chef. I think I might just have to bring my own food as we meet another day there tomorrow ☹️🙈

The staff was welcoming and gave us information. There's a swimming pool and a gym. I was happy with the rooms and the beds. They had wild animals at the time but no need to fear, they're caged. If you can't wake up to the sight of a caged cheetah, just ask for a different room.
The food was superb and in variety. Definitely recommend the place.
No halal food.

Tip Top, clean, staff are friendly and polite, great centre, food is 5 course, healthy, delicious, including sweet treats, very warm welcoming relaxing peaceful retreat, definitely great conference centre. Loved my stay here

This was my first visit to the Kopanang Hotel and Conference Centre. My company Metso South Africa held our Christmas function at the place, booking one off the conference rooms. The food was the worst I ever tasted, the fried chicken was so dry and tasteless, that was absolutely disgustingthe Karoo lamb which was braaied ,was under cooked and not easily digestible..comments from my other colleagues was the same for the steak and borewors sausage that was braaied and served as well. The only saving grace to the food was the salads and potatoe bake that was available. I hope these comments are seriously acted upon
I will not visit this hotel ever again..a very unhappy patron.

1) Staff is welcoming n friendly. Very fhelpful. 2). Furniture to be moved when cleaning rooms plz. A room cleaned 2 days b4 being occupied is different from a room cleaned on the evening b4.
3). In 2 persons rooms plz put in 2 shampoos; 2 body lotions 2 whatevers.
4). Food- lunch meat was.tough n under seasoned; dinner lamb - underseasoned n not well cooked.
Deserst n breakfast (all cold - cereals n fruits all that was served cold) - was suprdelicious. I was HOME. Cant comment on HOT bteakfast foods as I didnt eat but all looked good.
Enjoyed the stay. Lovely chalets n staff. Thank you . Lots of love n blessings.!!!!!

This is a good place for holding conferences and workshops of high standard. Having all the facilities and resources you require for your activity, it makes it easier for any kind of funcrion you wanna have in this centre.

Spent two long weeks at a conference - food was okay, but service not always great. Airport shuttle is a disaster. Rooms have strange layout, and wifi is very unreliable.

Beautiful serene getaway with neat clean comfy rooms set in perfectly landscaped gardens and tranquil pool area. Info sheets in rooms should be updated since it stated that room service was only available from 10am only to find out that it changed and is indeed available from early in the mornings. A stay to remember.

My visit was short, but the service received was very good. They catered for my needs in terms of halaal requirements. The food was good and tasty, but the meat served with the Durban lamb curry was too fatty.
