Bad service staff does not talk to you or handover to each other thy leave you alone for long periods the pharmacy i cant even rate billd me for mediation i did not even get and when i made inquiries the person at reception sed its not her problem because thy are closed and she cant help my surgery was delayed for four hour's as was everybody else's in my ward.

Dr Voss is a first-rate urologist, highly experienced and friendly. The hospital itself is very good, with extremely well-chosen staff at all levels, satisfying meals and so on. At the moment, though, it's undergoing extensive renovations so it's rather noisy. Hence 4 stars not 5.

My husband was admitted in hospital on Friday, 12 August 2016. He had a tumor in his bladder. He was in theatre Friday afternoon. He was discharged on Sunday, 14 August 2016. The time he spend in hospital was a nightmare for him. The staff didn't even try to ask him if they can help him to change the theatre clothing for his pyjamas. They also never change the bedding on the bed. They never ask him to help him to wash. He had a drip, catheter and a drip with water to drain his bladder. The persons in the ward with him was helped and their bedding was changed. Is this because of his nationality that he did not receive any help from the staff? He did not stay in hospital free of charge. We have a medical aid that paid the account. A person that stay free of charge can expect treatment like this, but not one who's medical aid paid for the hospital.
