Dr. Steyn and staff are extremely friendly and give professional service and know what they are doing. Best place I've been to, to take your pets to get seen to or for an emergency. What's nice is they care just as much about your pets as you do. Which is how a vet should be. Not like some other places that don't care. Thank you for all your help. Much appreciated.

We took our precious Baby Tessa to the Hospital on 08.08.2016. The treatment from reception straight through to Adrian and Dr van der Zeer in surgery as well as ICU staff was more than ever expected.

Unfortunately we had to put our baby to sleep, but even in this very difficult process the staff was amazing and very supportive, letting me say goodbye in private and allowing me as much time as needed in doing so.

Thank you to everyone that understood that she was part of our family and handled her as such. I will never take my animals anywhere else again.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We took our Bull terrier (Leila) to Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital on Saturday 30 August. She became very ill the day before and this was my first visit to the Hospital.

I am but very impressed with the service and efficient and friendly staff and this positive experience started even before I parked. They had students waiting outside with a trolley to assist with dogs that cannot walk.

I can really not even try and fault any of the staff who assisted us. From the lovely people at the front desk to the final year student who assisted us as well as the professional Doctor who was called in to assist with this case.

Doctor and staff who assisted us during this difficult morning we want to say THANK YOU very much. Doctor, you make Onderstepoort proud!
