I spent about 45 minutes with Janine trying to work out what the costs would be. She struggled immensely to work it out, calculating over and over, and after many 'sums' came up with an amount. Fortunately she eventually asked a more senior person to help/ double-check. He worked it out in about 1 minute, wiht the amount being really half of what she did. Shocking. She should not do this work if she is unable to do the calculations!

Service here is always friendly, fast and efficient. Recently had an issue with a damaged package and the store manager was incredibly helpful and took initiative to sort it out. Great service!

Had good service here when trying to post off my urgent application for a new British passport. For the record, they have moved to THIS location. They said they'd be amazed if I could update Google for them Well, here you go.
